Ivan Garikovich Arutyunov

He graduated from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in 2020.

He completed his residency at I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University in the fields of oncology, radiotherapy, reconstructive and plastic surgery. Completed Limpha Training basic course for lymphedema treatment and practical CDT course.


Completed a two-year training course at Josephs-Hospital, Germany, in the departments of visceral, vascular, plastic surgery, and proctology. During his training, he assisted in surgeries, managed patient intake,  and gained practical experience in ultrasound examination of leg vessels and sigmoidoscopy.


Trained as a specialist in ultrasound and Doppler imaging at the Pediatric City Polyclinic DZM, as well as in the breast oncology department at Municipal Hospital No. 1.


For three years, he was a member of the “RUDN SURGEONS” scientific club, gaining microsurgical experience. He has basic microsurgical skills.


Participated in various competitions, including the finals of the “All-Russian Student Olympiad in Surgery named after M.I. Perelman”.


Fluent in English.
